1. About Us

lebutlersg.com.sg is operated by Le Butler (S) Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore with its registered office at 33 Ubi Ave 3, Vertex, #03-29, Singapore 408868.

2. Service Availability

Our site is intended for use by residents, businesses, and companies in Singapore (“the Serviced Country”). Orders from outside the Serviced Country are not accepted.

3. Your Status

By placing an order through our site or via telephone, you warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

• You are resident in the Serviced Country.

4. How the Contract is Formed

• After placing an online order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not indicate acceptance. A contract (“the Contract”) forms only when the items are delivered.

• Orders may be replaced with alternatives, subject to confirmation. If replacement is not possible, you may cancel and receive a refund.

• Orders are fulfilled within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays).

• Full payment is required at checkout.

• Each batch may differ due to natural variations. Products may be returned within 2 days of delivery if unused, in original condition, and non-preorder. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Our Status

Our site may link to other companies’ websites. We do not guarantee the quality or performance of products purchased via such links.

6. Price and Payment

• Prices on the site apply except in the case of obvious errors.

• Occasionally, prices may be incorrect. We verify prices at dispatch. If the correct price is higher than listed, we may honor the lower price, contact you for instructions, or cancel the order.

• We are not obliged to provide products at an incorrect price, even if confirmation emails were sent.

7. Refund Policy

• Products returned due to cancellation, defect, or dissatisfaction will be inspected. If eligible, we will replace the product or refund using the original payment method.

• Returns within the seven-day cooling-off period or due to defects are refunded in full, after deducting delivery costs.

• Any shortfall in product quantity must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Our Liability

• Products purchased via our site are of satisfactory quality.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

• Product warranties, unless otherwise stated, are covered by the respective brand owner.

9. Notices

Notices to us must be sent to 33 Ubi Ave 3, Vertex, #03-29, Singapore 408868. Notices to you may be sent via email or the postal address provided at order placement.

10. Events Outside Our Control

• We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to: strikes, riots, war, fire, flood, earthquake, transportation or telecommunications failure, or government acts.

• Contract performance is suspended during such events, and time for performance is extended accordingly.

11. Waiver

Failure to enforce any rights or obligations does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be expressly stated in writing.

12. Severability

If any term is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms and any referenced documents constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior agreements, whether written or oral.

14. Right to Amend Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Orders are subject to the Terms in effect at the time of order unless legal or regulatory requirements dictate otherwise.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Contracts for products purchased through our site are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute shall fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
