OPERATION ASSISTANT                       What you would do in Lebutler:
                       - Organize goods periodically to allocated sections in the                          warehouse on space saving                       - Handle, oversee and manage warehouse operation                       - Establish SOP for team to follow the standard of workflow                       - Prepare and submit weekly/monthly report & plan for                          management                       - Provide training for new hires as well as on-going                            coaching and performance feedback to staff                       - Responsible for daily warehouse duties and ensure                           smooth operations within the team (eg. picking packing                          and labelling)
                       - Ensure all goods are picked, checked and packed as per                          order ticket for delivery to customers                       - Perform inventory stock take at the end of the month                       - Ensure timely data entry updates of inventory into the                          system                       - Any other duties as assigned by the ManagementThe ideal candidate should have / be:- Minimum certificate or diploma in supply chain, warehouse, logistics or equivalent- Minimum 3 years work experience in warehouse and logistics management- Able to multi-task and work under pressure with a good sense of urgency and ability to prioritise work load in accordance to demand- Possess leadership qualities and have experience leading subordinates- Able to work independently in fast-pace environment- Problem solver and meet work deadlines- Self-driven, initiative and ability to work meticulously
