Operation Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Organise and arrange warehouse goods efficiently to maximise space utilisation

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations

• Establish and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports and operational plans

• Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback

• Ensure smooth daily warehouse operations (picking, packing, labelling)

• Ensure accurate picking, checking, and packing of goods for delivery

• Conduct monthly inventory stock takes

• Ensure timely and accurate inventory data entry

• Perform any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or equivalent

• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management

• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills under pressure

• Proven leadership and team management experience

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
